[LACityLights EXCLUSIVE!] LACityLights - Illmerica Airlines [ELECTRO MASH-UP]

Today is an awesome day! LACL is debuting the first LACityLights EXCLUSIVE track, Illmerica Airlines, a mash up of Wolfgang Gartner’s “Illmerica” and Far East Movement’s hugely popular, “Like A G6”! This is the first of multiple mash ups made by me here at LACityLights exclusively for our site!

Electric Valentine - Everyone You Know (Is On Drugs) (Kids On Drugs Remix) [DUBSTEP]

I have, for a while now, loved the production quality behind the Electric Valentine duo. I discovered them probably about 3 or so years ago when the electro-pop scene was just getting popular. Now, I decided to take a look back at EV, and see what they’ve been up to lately. Business as usual, making sick, well produced tracks.

Flo Rida - Who Dat Girl (ft. Akon) (Hardwell Club Remix) [ELECTRO]

What a banger – no joke. In my undying search for club bangers to take your party/car/man-lair to the next level, I stumbled upon a great remix of Flo Rida’s, “Who Dat Girl” remixed by Hardwell. It’s an out of control track that bangs hard and breaks down with a nasty electro-drop. If you’re a fan of hip-hop electro-house remixes, this is one you wont want to miss.

Snoop Dogg - That Tree (ft. Kid Cudi) (Nukemosh Remix) [CHILL]

When I heard this track, I’m pretty sure my heart stopped for a second. This is probably one of the best remixes I’ve heard in a while. I remember when “That Tree” debuted and the track was off the hook…now, Nukemosh took it, hooked it up with a fat laid-back electro beat, and kept the same killer vocals laid down on top. The result was a masterpiece.

The Cataracs - Bass Down Low (ft. DEV) [Proper Villains Remix] [DUBSTEP]

Dubstep! You’re back on the blog! It’s been awhile. I’ve been spending the past few weeks browsing for a great electro-banging dubstep track to blow your ears off, and I think I’ve found just that banger!

DJ Rex - Cali Low (Ludacris vs. Rusko) [ELECTRO MASHUP]

Mashups are one of three things. They are either A; an epic combination of two great songs that when put together make an even better song. B; an epic combination of two awful songs that made a great song or C; an epic combination of two songs that sounds like a car cash…

Loggy - The Dream

If you’re an electro-hop/rap fiend like I am, you’re always on the prowl for up-and-coming college rappers who know how to throw down over the housiest (yes, it’s a word because I made it one) electro beats out there. Loggy has amassed quite a following over here on the west coast…but also has a great following on the east coast college scene. With a rapper that kind of sounds like […]

Rebelution - Safe and Sound (Zion-I Remix)

Rebelution is a group that hails out of Santa Barbara, CA, about 70 miles north of where I’m at right now. I have many friends who go to UCSB, and I often find my way up there to party for the weekend, seeing as how SB is definitely one of the largest party schools on the West Coast. This song manages to capture the lifestyle of Santa Barbara well. Rebelution […]

Linkin Park - Waiting For The End

I’m taking a step in a different direction with this post, and decided to post about a Linkin Park song I just recently heard thats off their latest album, A Thousand Suns, which recently was just released towards the end of 2010. Linkin Park was probably one of my favorite bands for a while, but in recent years, it seems like their music has been so below the standards that […]

Enrique Iglesias - Tonight (ft. Hyper Crush and Sky Blu of LMFAO)

It’s been awhile since I’ve updated my blog, and to be honest, things got a little crazy with my birthday and the holidays, but I’m back with a banger that I heard recently and believe is really a good way to start off the posts again. Some of the hottest club remixers out there right now, Hyper Crush, are back at it with a remix of Enrique Iglesias’ “Tonight”, with […]
