Again, I missed the bus a bit with this post and should have posted it when it originally came out. I’ve been listening to this song for weeks and was debating whether or not to throw it up here since I would assume most of you all have heard this track…but I recently watched the video for the first time and was immediately reminded why I absolutely love LMFAO!
This is a great New Boyz song that I have been hearing a lot of lately and thought I’d give it a post. The song itself has been around for a couple of months, and to be quite honest, I don’t know why I haven’t posted about it much earlier!
Wiz is totally awesome. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. I’ve featured him on the LACL blog so many times and he’s always coming out with sick new stuff thats worthy of a blog post. His latest single, No Sleep, is a fresh new track that’s shot it’s way up to #1 on the iTunes music chart.
Back again with a fresh new track that actually just dropped a few days ago. The first glimpse into the highly anticipated (for lack of a better word?) sophomore album from pop sensation Owl City was released this past Tuesday. The single, “Alligator Sky” is working its way up the iTunes chat and features some beastly rap by none other than Inglewood native Shawn Chrystopher.
If there’s nothing I love more than to showcase here on the LACL blog it’s pure, raw, talent. Cam Meekins is one of those fledgling up-and-comers who I know is going to be huge soon…and what I love about him is that mainstream hasn’t gotten a hold of this guy yet. What makes him even more amazing is that he’s only 18.
The Cirkut Remix to Ke$ha’s hit track, BLOW, is a must listen if you’re a fan of hard hitting, electro bangers! This remix, in my opinion, if far better then the original track and turns what is a typical, unoriginal Ke$ha hit into a huge, full-bodied, electro banger!
Who the hell is Brenton Duvall and why is he such a talented man?! This track is fire – pure fire. What happens when you mix two of the hottest names out there in music into one monster track? This of course. Brenton Duvall is an up-and-coming mashup artist who literally seems like he can make no mistakes when it comes to mixing up tracks.
Time for another sick electro banger. This track has been around for awhile, but I feel like it’s a track that doesn’t really get the recognition that it deserves. The Crystal Method are SICK and they put on a live show that is nothing short of amazing. LMFAO always delivers and this sick electro song is no different.
Well if you didn’t know already, Benny Benassi is set to release a new album pretty soon, and has been releasing tracks off of it slowly in order to hype for the big day. He recently released a sick new hip-hop banger that continues to fuse and blur the line between traditional top-40/hip-hop music and the electro music scene.
Everybody loves a little Wolfgang from time to time, so I’d like to showcase the Overwerk Remix of his song, Space Junk. It’s kind of got this laid back feeling in the beginning, but quickly turns into a banger! A must listen if you dig Wolfgang himself! Overwerk does this already great track and amazing justice!
